Marion has over 6 years in the Real Estate industry and over 25 years in Human Resource Management with fortune 500 companies. Marion acquired a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources early on and her last position held was Director, Human Resources. Being in Human Resources allowed her the ability to gain exceptional knowledge and expertise in all HR disciplines. Her favorite area of HR is Employee Benefits.

Marion is committed to educating her clients on how to prepare their home for sale and how to get the highest possible price and for buyers what to look for in purchasing that perfect home. She considers herself a legal servant to her clients hoping to generate a life long relationship and raving fan, each month she holds free workshops for both sellers and buyers for informational purposes only. She strongly believes that information is powerful.
The National Association of Realtors is partnering with select lenders and employers to increase homeownership opportunities for workforce families throughout Chicago. Marion has taken on the challenge of leveraging both Human Resources and Real Estate. In 2007 Marion was certified as an instructor for the National Association of Realtors. In this position she will launch the Employer Assisted Housing campaign in the Chicago Market. The campaign focuses on assisting employers in developing an employer-assisted housing benefit. The campaign strategy promotes homeownership opportunities for workforce families by providing access to housing information, comprehensive counseling and financial incentives.
Employers that provide an EAH benefit can reduce turnover, leading to lower training and hiring cost. In addition, EAH can increase loyalty and morale, support bottom-line business goals, and strengthen links with the local community. Employers who are looking to be “The Best Place To Work” are embracing this concept in efforts to have the competitive edge in the market.
